About 8foldlabs
8foldlabs is a Lean Startup Laboratory based in San Francisco. We work with entrepreneurs, funded startups, angel investors, venture capitalists and large businesses to apply the principles of Lean Startup to any product being developed. By applying Lean Startup methodology as early as possible in the product development lifecycle, we help you make better, more informed decisions about what products you build (and why) and which products you shouldn't.
Billy Fiduccia

Billy is an entrepreneur, startup advisor and former founding partner or of a strategy consulting firm that developed business models, launch strategies, financial projections and investor-grade business plans for high-growth companies resulting in over $400 million in venture funding and M&A transactions. He is skilled at managing fast-paced and complex client engagements and leading teams of consulting professionals with broad skill-sets to deliver results for clients located around the world.
Billy became jaded writing hockey stick business plans and other works of entrepreneurial fiction and moved on to pursue ventures including the launch of an acclaimed restaurant and wine bar in Scottsdale, AZ. His passion for wine and business recently merged again in his role as a founding partner of a premier winery focused on crafting world-class California Syrah.
Billy attended Arizona State University W. P. Carey School of Business with Honors in Accounting & Entrepreneurship. His business perspective and lessons learned have been refined in the trenches while building early-stage startups and working intimately with hundreds of entrepreneurs over the years.
Cianna Stewart

Cianna has a background in community development, evaluation-based program design, and social and viral marketing. Geeky, avid about continuous learning, and perpetually curious, she's found herself on the leading edge of several technology, marketing, and management trends. She has consulted with numerous for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations on social media, branding, marketing strategies, program design, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Cianna has an eclectic resume, one that reflects her passions: Bringing groups together, finding and sharing stories, and moving ideas into reality. She worked in theater and later transitioned to producing & directing documentaries. She spent years in nonprofits as employee, manager, and consultant. She co-founded a popular startup, watched it crumble, and learned a lot along the way. She has consulted with individuals, local organizations, and international corporations on brand building and social media. She is also an event producer and a life coach.
To take a break, Cianna either grabs her tent and heads for the mountains, straps on a tank and dives into the ocean, or slips into dancing shoes for the night. She's happily spent most of her life in the Bay Area and also loves to travel to reset her assumptions about what's "normal."
Michael Blonsky

Michael is a serial entrepreneur, lifelong hacker, semi-professional web designer and seasoned consultant. He has been at the ground floor of a number of Bay Area startups that have had successful exits and is currently CEO and founder of a startup in the restaurant space. Michael has experienced the benefits of applying Lean Startup Methodologies to that startup and to several other projects he's worked on.
Truly a "jack of all trades", Michael continually finds himself in those "in between" roles that require direct customer interfacing and public evangelizing while still remaining hands-on on the tech side of every project he gets pulled into. He brings years of professional services experience (Accenture, Grant Thornton Consulting) and tons of international project experience to the table.
Michael attended Tufts University for undergrad and received a MS in Business and Technology from John's Hopkins University before he made his way across the country to the Bay Area. Michael is passionate about travel and hopes to double the number of countries he's visited (45) over the coming years.
